External Collaboration

Sanlorenzo partners with foundations and associations that promote the protection and preservation of the marine ecosystem.

With the aim of safeguarding natural resources and contributing to biodiversity preservation, it is a member of the Water Revolution Foundation, an internationally recognized non-profit initiated by the nautical industry to minimize its impact and thereby help protect the oceans.

Bluegame partners with the Blue Marine Foundation, which actively and decisively works on ocean conservation by promoting the creation of marine protected areas around the world.

In the field of research and training, Sanlorenzo is connected with several local associations, such as Promostudi La Spezia, which coordinates and manages the La Spezia University Hub of the University of Genoa; the Distretto Ligure Tecnologie Marine, an organization active in research, innovation, and training at the regional level; and the ITS Foundation, with which we collaborate on studies in the technological area.

Sanlorenzo is part of Navigo Toscana, the consortium of Tuscan nautical companies and, since 2018, has been a member of SYBAss, the international association of leading superyacht manufacturers, which allows it to represent the interests of the sector and have greater influence on environmental decision-making.

Additionally, in 2022 Sanlorenzo became a co-founding member of the Venice Sustainability Foundation (Fondazione Venezia Capitale Mondiale della Sostenibilità). The Foundation was established with the goal of creating an integrated model of sustainable development, addressing all dimensions of sustainability, for the City of Venice and its metropolitan area.

Finally, in 2021 the Perotti family established the Fondazione Sanlorenzo, supporting minor islands and their communities by funding projects that contribute to socio-cultural, economic, and environmental development in these areas.
