SANLORENZO ACADEMY
Excellence in training for the future of yachting.
Founded in 2018, the Sanlorenzo Academy provides tailored training paths in the yachting sector for young people eager to build a concrete career within the Sanlorenzo Group. Through a unique blend of theory and hands‑on experience - including classes, workshops and internships - participants develop technical skills, soft competencies, and teamwork abilities. After completing the 600‑hour programme, they receive a certificate recognised in Italy and the EU and can continue their professional growth with Sanlorenzo.
NAUTICAL DAYS
A gateway to the Sanlorenzo world.
More than a career experience, our Nautical Days programme is an invitation to step inside the spirit of Sanlorenzo. Across two days at our shipyards, selected students are immersed in the creativity, craftsmanship, and forward-thinking mindset that shapes every yacht we build. By meeting the people behind our most ambitious projects and contributing to real challenges, participants begin to imagine their own path within a place where passion becomes profession and talent finds room to grow.
