Model 231 and Code of Ethics

Supervisory Body
On 13 June 2013, the Board of Directors set up a Supervisory Body as indicated in article 6, paragraph 1, letter b), of Legislative Decree 231/2001, in charge of supervising the compliance with the Model 231 and of fostering its continuous update.

With resolution dated 29 June 2017, as subsequently confirmed on 24 October 2019, the Board of Directors has appointed Maurizio Bortolotto, Gianluca Magrini and Maurizio Ferrero as members of the Supervisory Body.
Code of ethics
Sanlorenzo has adopted a Code of Ethics setting forth the ethical principles and rules of conduct for the purpose of ensuring and preserving the proper management, reliability and reputation of Sanlorenzo.
Model 231
Legislative Decree 231/2001 introduced and regulates the administrative liability of legal entities, in particular, as regards certain types of criminal offenses committed in their interest or to their advantage, by top executives or by persons under the latter’s management or supervision.
The Company has adopted the organizational and management model indicated in Legislative Decree 231/2001 in order to ensure the fairness and transparency of its business activities, to meet the expectations of its shareholders and to protect the Company’s reputation.
